There's something wrong with the site?

We never have, and never will display prices of new machines on our site, for the simple reason that prices change daily according the exchange rate. We will however, endevour to give you the best value for money possible based on the days' exchange rate.

Firstly that depends on what you're ordering.
Saw blades and lubricants
For items held in stock we offer fed-ex next working day delivery. For items not held in our warehouse or for specialist items, a members of staff will gladly give you delivery costs and time estimates.
If the machine is in stock then we can arrange delivery within a timescale to suit you, usually the same week as payment is made. If we are ordering your machine from the manufacturer, it will take longer to fulfil. Fristly it will be sent to us, where we then perform all the neccessary safety checks and fit any additional extras you've added to the machine during the purchase stage, such as tracking or upgraded lubrication systems. Once that is complete, delivery can be arranged to your premises.
For items held in stock we offer fed-ex next working day delivery or a collection service from our trade counter.

Do you offer machining trials or demonstrations with materials similar to mine?
We know how important it is to try before you buy – to see the advantages our equipment brings. That’s why we offer full machining trials and demonstrations at our West Midlands showrooms and will source material as similar as possible to yours with enough notice - failing that you are welcome to bring your own for trial purposes.

If you don't want to open an account with us then we are more than happy to take payment via credit card - for smaller orders you can even pay with cash if collecting from the trade counter.

Sometimes there's a more efficient way of doing things, and sometimes what you're doing is already perfect. If you suspect your production line could be doing more for your business, we have experts that will come in and review your processes - if there is a better way, it can often be a more cost effective one.
Quite simply, no we don't, you can order 1 blade or 100 blades.
For special / bespoke orders or blades not kept in stock we do apply a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.

We can service and obtain spares for the vast majority of metal-cutting saws. Please call 01384 264950 for full details. If possible, have the make and model of your saw to hand as this will speed up the process for you.
Our service engineers aim to fix breakdowns in just one visit. Depending on the problem, however, it is sometimes necessary to order additional spare parts and make a second visit. To help us diagnose the fault accurately, please provide as much information as possible when you call.
